The 18th biennial International Aids Conference was held in Vienna this summer. From July 23 to 25, around 25.000 scientists, doctors, policy makers, aidsactivists, nurses and journalists met. Hivos director Manuela Monteiro gave a speech during the Men having Sex with Men Pre Conference.
