Arab bloggers get together in Beirut

For the second time Arab bloggers gather to exchange knowledge, get training and support each other in their quest for freedom of expression in the Arab region.
Together with the Open Society Institute Hivos supports this event which is organised between the 7th and the 12th of December in Beirut (Lebanon).
