Hivos partner Sawadee is named Most Sustainable Tour Operator
Sawadee has shown to be the most sustainable Dutch travel organization according to Rank a Brand. The organization ranked the published sustainability policies of 37 Dutch tour operators on the themes of climate, environment and working conditions. All brands of the TUI group (Sawadee, Scratch, Arke, Holland International and Robinson) scored relatively high. Furthermore, SNP Natuurreizen is also mentioned in the top of the rankings.

The Logica-MV Foundation-Hivos Partnership Study: 'Beyond Philanthropy...'
We proudly present the case study of the Logica-MV Foundation-Hivos Partnership: ‘Beyond Philanthropy…’. In 2007, Hivos formed a partnership with Logica, a global IT company, and the MV Foundation, an Indian organisation working to abolish child labour. This NGO–business partnership, lasting four years, engaged highly skilled Logica consultants from the Netherlands and India to work with MV Foundation to develop a management information system and child monitoring system. This partnership has contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of Indian children who have been abused and exploited.
