Managerial and internal organisation
The Board of Directors is in charge of the daily management at Hivos. The Supervisory Board supervises the actions by the management and Hivos' performance as an organisation. In a legal sense the management is carried out by the (statutory) directorate. A Board of individual advisors, which consists of committees of experts in the field of the Hivos themes, performs the social advisory function. The Board of Directors consists of:
