Ik ben coördinator van het Hivos Kennis Programma. Dit programma heeft als doel ontwikkeling, transformatie, uitwisseling en toepassing van kennis voor ontwikkeling te stimuleren. Hivos wil een organisatie zijn die uiteenlopende soorten kennis – van academische inzichten tot de dagelijkse ervaring van partners - integreert om tot nieuwe oplossingen te komen. Het betreft hier niet alleen kennisproductie, maar ook het analyseren van beleid en interventiestrategieën, capaciteitsopbouw en het versterken van samenwerking tussen wetenschap, beleid en praktijk.
Graag wissel ik met u van gedachten over thema’s als kennis, kennismanagement, innovatie, de lerende organisatie en de kennislandschappen van wetenschap, beleid en praktijk.
